Atlas is the paid research layer for Hancock & Harrison only: SOS tax-forfeited and county tax-sale inventories on interactive maps (scores, flood screens, shoreline & highway context, deeper filters, favorites). Free maps show location identity so you can learn the boards; Atlas is the shortlist toolkit. You work in the browser with the same email used at checkout — we do not sell a bulk download or resellable data dump. This is B2B GIS / research software only — not legal advice, not a bid portal, not a sale of land — and access is all sales final once unlocked (see Refund Policy).

Parcel Snapshot is an optional add-on research screen, sold from an Atlas parcel popup ($19 single · $75 / 5 · $100 / 10) — not from free maps. It pairs Atlas fields for that parcel with a commercial property lookup when a useful match exists, and saves to My Snapshots. Atlas membership does not include Snapshot credits. A credit is used only when a usable commercial match is found; thin / no-match screens are not charged. Use the same email as Atlas login at checkout. Access is all sales final once unlocked (see Refund Policy).

We republish on our normal cadence (typically weekly for SOS; tax-sale lists when county notices change). This is not a live county feed or a custom alert service.

Sign in at /atlas/ with the same email you used at checkout. Access usually unlocks within a minute. If it doesn’t, email hello@parsedparcels.com. Digital access is delivered at unlock — see our Refund Policy.

Plans renew automatically until you cancel in the Polar customer portal (also linked from your receipt). Use the same email as checkout. After you cancel, access normally continues through the period you already paid for.
