Privacy Policy

We collect as little as we need to run accounts, billing entitlements, and product features. Free maps do not require an account.

Map inventory fields are compiled from public records. We do not offer search-by-person-name as a product feature on free layers, and we avoid exposing SOS contact fields there.

1. Who we are

Parcel Labs LLC operates Parsed Parcels (parsedparcels.com and related staging sites).

2. Data we process

Account: email, auth identifiers (via our auth provider), optional display preferences.
Billing / entitlement: checkout email, plan, provider order/subscription ids, entitlement timestamps (via our payment provider / merchant of record).
Product: favorites, filter state, saved Parcel Snapshot reports you generate, support emails you send us.
Technical: standard server/security logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for abuse prevention.

3. Public inventory data

Parcel identifiers, listed addresses, acreage, and similar fields come from public SOS / county sources. Some public sources include names of assessed or former owners. We treat those as public-record fields, not as a consumer marketing database. Do not use our Service to build cold-outreach lists.

4. Third parties

Authentication / database hosting (e.g. Supabase).
Payment / merchant-of-record providers when checkout is enabled.
Optional commercial data APIs for Parcel Snapshot (e.g. RentCast) when you request a report.
Hosting / CDN (e.g. Netlify).

Those providers process data under their own policies as needed to deliver the Service.

5. Cookies & local storage

We use essential cookies/local storage for sign-in sessions, UI preferences (for example favorites), and soft navigation. We do not run a third-party ad pixel network on the product maps.

6. Retention

Account and entitlement records are kept while you have an account and as needed for bookkeeping / fraud prevention. Saved snapshots remain until you delete them or we purge inactive data. Support emails are kept as needed to resolve issues.

7. Your choices

Email hello@parsedparcels.com to request account deletion or a copy of account data we hold. Cancel subscriptions in the billing portal linked from Pricing / checkout receipts.

8. Security

We use industry-standard hosting, HTTPS, and access controls. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.

9. Children

The Service is for adults and business users. It is not directed to children under 16.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy; the effective date above will change when we do.
